We all need support sometimes. Natasha compassionately encourages you in learning how to thrive–not just survive–connecting you with your own unique capacity for self-care, innate wisdom, and wholeness.

As a Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor (LPC) Registered Intern, and long-term holistic healer of twenty years, I bring professional wisdom, experience, warmth, compassion, safety, authenticity, and humor to each session.

Mental health counseling is an opportunity to examine one’s inner world, feelings, problems, and relational experience. A trained professional, can offer reflective feedback, supportive dialogue, and expertise around psychological issues.

I provide therapy to individuals and groups in SE Portland, and I am deeply influenced by the principles and philosophies of Hakomi and Compassionate / Non-Violent Communication.

My approach is holistic, somatic, and mindfulness-based. I am inspired by humanistic, experiential, and strength-centered approaches, as well as current research in Interpersonal Neurobiology, Attachment theory, Ecotherapy, Gottman method, and CIMBS Neurophysiopsychotherapy.

I aim to incorporate these theories into my sessions by integrating a wide variety of evidence-based modalities, specifically catered to meet the needs of each individual.

I openly welcome people of any gender, race, ethnicity, size, nationality, sexual orientation, ability level, religion, family structure, culture, and self-identification.
